The pool bar was often closed, and reliable WiFi only worked in certain areas. Additional concerns include frequent issues with the water quality, including odd smells during showers and even brown water from the sink. The beach area is impacted by debris, and the longtail boats in the swimming zones pose safety hazards, especially for families with kids. Although the hotel had a beautiful setting, the overall cleanliness and maintenance left a bit to be desired.

Exceptional hotel with excellent location right in front of the beach and attentive staff with European management. Location very close to restaurants and shops, the Lipe Walking Street and wonderful Koh Lipe. Honestly nothing to complain about.

They upgraded me to a good sized and brand-new room with a lovely view of the beach and sea. The hotel's position was great and impressive, in center of the garden...

A lovely escape with room for improvement

We were greeted warmly by the staff and allowed early check-in. The spacious Balinese Poolside Suite was a delight, with a lovely pool for relaxation and a short walk to Walking Street.

The cleanliness could improve-it appeared the toilet wasn't cleaned , and we encountered some issues with the Wi-Fi not working consistently. The beach area was also affected by debris.

The outdoor pool was amazing, but Wi-Fi was inconsistent in our room.

The balinese poolside suite was great with spacious rooms and a lovely pool. I enjoyed the relaxing vibe and friendly service during my couple of nights there.

The spacious room perfectly accommodated my family, with a large bathroom with plenty of storage. The pool area was inviting, coupled with beautiful gardens that enhanced the scenery. The ambiance felt somewhat lacking, possibly due to minimal staff interaction that would have added warmth and personality. While snorkeling offered a great experience, the sustainability efforts appeared limited, particularly regarding refillable toiletries and promoting re-use. The food was enjoyable, complemented by crispy fries that stood out during our meals.

Great Pool and Cozy Room

The spacious room was a highlight, along with the lovely pool that was perfect for us and our kids. While the breakfast offered a good variety from the menu, we did find some items served cold, which could use improvement. The beach area was nicely maintained, but beware of some litter from broken glass in the sand.

I recently enjoyed an amazing stay in a spacious Balinese Poolside Suite. the fresh, delectable restaurant food kept us coming back for more. the beach access was limited and the chairs were quite worn out.

This place is super chill and has a lovely pool that never felt crowded. The staff were super nice and always around to help out. The beach view from the restaurant while having breakfast is amazin! Our room was really comfy and had a nice outdoor seating area to relax at. Waking up to the sunrise was totally worth it!

the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak sometimes, and it would be nice if they offered more eco-friendly options like refillable toiletries.

The cleaners did well to maintain the room and always greeted us with smiles. Choose a room away from the front if noise is a concern.

I spent 3 truly amazing days here and will be back. the hotel was fantastic and pleasant. - Extremely friendly employees who sorted out initial issues in a very good and professional manner. - Particularly good and stunning location, especially on Walking Street.

Comfortable beds in the units, in a fantastic location near shops, restaurants, the sea, and walking street for nightlife.

Could have stayed longer - didn't want to leave! the property was great, with a fantastic pool that I absolutely loved 😍.
